Fit Teens Guest Speaker at Roscommon School Graduation.

It was an incredible privilege for Fit Teens Founder Roman Amosa to be an invited guest speaker at Roscommon School’s Year 8 Graduation.

It was a beautiful opportunity to share words of encouragement and celebrate these amazing students as they step into their next chapter.

To get something you never had, you have to do something you never did.

• You never woke up at 5am to run.

• You never chose a salad over takeaways.

• You never chose a book over watching NetFlix.
