Fit Teens BALANCE - Coming in 2025

We recognise that true wellness is a product of both physical fitness and mental strength so we take a holistic approach to build both your physical and mental resilience, reducing stress, and boosting your overall well-being.


By integrating various techniques and practices, we aim to create a comprehensive framework that supports individuals in their journey toward a balanced and fulfilling life.


From our experience with Fit Teens, we've found that we are not only building stronger bodies and also stronger, more resilient minds. We understand the stresses that young people face today and so are developing a new programme - Fit Teens BALANCE to help and are aiming to launch in 2025.


Our programme will have a specialist small group counsellor and teens will be amongst a community of peers facing similar challenges. Throughout this program, we’ll explore how fitness, the natural environment, and mindfulness practices can significantly contribute to overall resilience, equipping participants with the tools they need to thrive both mentally and physically.
