Is your dream to star on the soccer pitch, shine on the netball court or tackle a higher level of rugby? The Fit Teens February program is designed to help you achieve your athletic goals and impress your coaches.
Our fitness program is designed to help ambitious teens like you build the strength, speed, and endurance needed in the upcoming winter sports season or to improve your health and wellbeing.
We're not just about gruelling workouts. We create a fun and challenging environment where you'll push your limits, discover new athletic abilities and build fitness, confidence and friendships.
And great news! Thanks to Aktive the cost of each 12-session programme is just $50 instead of $180.

When:
Auckland South East: 4 weeks starting January 17th with Monday, Wednesday and Friday sessions at 4:30pm. 12 sessions.
Auckland West: 4 weeks starting January 18th with Tuesdays & Thursdays (4:30pm) and Saturdays (9:30am). 12 sessions
