Fit Teens ELITE for High-Performance Youth
We're absolutely ecstatic to announce the launch of Fit Teens ELITE starting the week of March 24th! This programme developed in recognition of the needs of our High Performance Fit Teens in our core programme who were looking for an elite level of coaching.
Whether you're striving for athletic greatness in competitive sports or eager to boost your speed and strength, this collaboration of Fit Teens with NOX Performance to create Fit Teens ELITE will deliver tailored training just for you.
The programme is spread over 8 weeks with a spotlight on Strength Building and Sprint/Speed coaching. You'll receive expert guidance to reach your peak performance.
Fitness Clinics
The programme starts in week 1 with a comprehensive 1:1 Fitness Clinic to establish performance levels and concludes in week 8 with a reciprocal Fitness Clinic to measure progress gained.
Weeks 2 - 7 will entail one strength session and one speed session per week on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm at Fit Teens South East's base in the Zero 2100 Gym on Ti Irirangi Drive.
Sprint Coaching
With a focus on sprint-specific coaching, you will benefit from expert guidance that hones your technique, improves your speed, and enhances your agility, all of which are critical components in achieving peak performance.
Strength & Conditioning
Additionally, the strength and conditioning programs offered will be comprehensive, targeting not only muscle development but also endurance and flexibility, ensuring that you are well-rounded and prepared for the physical demands of your sport or fitness routine.
Performance Analytics
Moreover, this partnership will incorporate advanced performance analytics, allowing for a data-driven approach to your training. By utilising cutting-edge technology and methodologies, you will receive insights into your progress, enabling you to make informed adjustments to your training regimen. This means you can track your improvements over time, identify areas that require additional focus, and ultimately, optimise your performance to dominate your goals.
